You need to re-architect the structure, as the info you have given so far is not enough right now.

One way to start to remedy the issue would be to remove the coordinator all together, and only include the headers where you need them, and implement the logic accordingly. The issue you are facing is very common when trying to spread too much of the implementation out across too many files.
