This is old thread, but I add my comment to it anyway.

If your are receiving <not accessible> the two not mentioned reasons might be

• Windows corruption

• Trying debug in 'Release' mode

Windows corruption is usually helped with sfc and DISM commands on elevated cmd.

Later one, well, change from 'Release' to 'Debug' and try again.
