The problem with MailItem.PrintOut() is that it doesn't actually give you much control over where the email is printed and how. This is why we made Outlook Print and are giving it away absolutely 100% free. The mission is to reduce paper waste for eco reasons not to make money!
I thought it might be worth posting a link here to a product called Outlook Print (https://www.outlook-print.com). It's a shameless plug by me, but it is free and it is useful for people. It will save paper and toner and other consumables and help the environment.
So, please, if you'd like an add-in added to Microsoft Outlook, then please visit the site and give it a try. At the very least, just watch the two-minute video which will tell you all about it. Again, 100% free, no commitments!
