The layout shown in the screenshot cannot be achieved with a single TabStrip component. You need to render separate TabStrip components one after another. You can review the available positioning and configuration options in the Kendo UI for Angular TabStrip documentation.

Alternatively, you can check the PanelBar component as it provides a similar rendering from the screenshot.
