I had this issue due to app crash at launch due to a bug in WKWebview and iOS 18.4 – https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293831.

This wasn't your issue for sure but maybe some other crash at launch. One could reproduce it with opening the app on the used simulator.
