Is "Dynamic Forms" a specific tool or technology you're referring to? Or are you creating "forms" in some kind of .Net application and need to apply dynamic behavior to them? Something else? Did you use the correct tag for that?

ADO has nothing to do with forms. It's for accessing a database.
