Please try this once.

Turn on Override IDE Shortcuts in Settings -> Tools -> Terminal.

This make the Intellij to pass Ctrl+c command directly to terminal and it will work like real powershell.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): try this
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
