Check if VS Code is in Overwrite Mode
How to fix
Look at the bottom-right of VS Code.
If you see OVR, click it and change to INS.
If there is no label:
- Press Insert key once on your keyboard.
(On some laptops: Fn + Insert)

- Low length (0.5):
- Has code block (-0.5):
- Low reputation (1):
